Le'Kisha Stevenson is one of the most experienced and knowledgeable real estate agents in the Charlotte area. Le'Kisha is Broker/Owner of Metric Realty Company and has been her firm's top producer since 2001. She has built a company that encompasses all brokerage services. While striving to be ranked among the top producing minority real estate companies in the area; with agents that serve the community with the highest level of excellence and integrity.

Le´Kisha is one of the few REALTORS in the nation to hold the professional designation "ABR" (Accredited Buyer Representative) and the prestigious designation "GRI" (Graduate REALTOR Institute). The GRI designation is awarded only to real estate associates who completed strict educational requirements. She also holds the "ePro" designation which means she's certified to meet the needs of the connected consumer via the internet. She is a member of the Charlotte Regional REALTOR Association and currently chairs the Education Advisory Committee with previous tenures on the African American Diversity Subcommittee, Fair and Affordable Housing Committee, and Inspector Realtor Task Force.  She is a Member of The National Association of REALTORS, the Council of Residential Specialists Designee.
